2019 Seat Alora Review, Specs, Price

The 2019 Seat Alora is a brand new model from Spanish carmaker. Seat continues the expansion of its SUV models. To be exact, Alora is just one part of Seat’s crossover SUV lineup. The company already released two similar models, one of them is Arona, a subcompact SUV that shares plenty of cues with the Ibiza model. The second model is Seat Ateca, a compact SUV.

Now, the time has come for the third SUV in Seat’s lineup, and Alora comes as a midsize crossover SUV. Alora is dubbed as the Spanish version of Skoda Kodiaq. The exact details are yet to be announced, however, we know that the 2019 Alora will ride on an MQB platform, a famous platform from VW Group.

Design of the 2019 Seat Alora is borrowed from Skoda Kodiaq, a three-row SUV and Alora will ride on MQB platform. Unlike the Arona model that is using MQB A0, a smaller platform version, the forthcoming Alora will ride on the slightly larger platform. Seat Alora will follow the company’s design language so we can expect many styling cues taken from Ateca compact SUV.

On the other hand, this is a flagship model, so plenty of unique details are mandatory. A front grille comes with the LED headlights up front, and sculpted hood looks very modern. The profile is almost the same as Skoda Kodiaq, and the rear is very similar to Seat’s Arona model with narrow taillights and bumper design. The panoramic sunroof is optional, however, 19-inch alloys are standard. Overall, the exterior looks very urban and upscale.
