The newest 2019 Jaguar F-Pace is the company’s best SUV ever made. As British carmaker like to say, all Jaguar models need to have “grace, pace, and space” and we can say the new F-Pace is all mentioned. The 2019 Jaguar F-Pace is missing personal uniqueness. Plenty of amenities are taken from another Jaguars’ model. The headlights carry the “J” signature that can we also see on Jaguar XF and Jaguar XE models. The front grille is gaping with larger air intakes, a styling cue taken from Jag’s sedans.
However, the exterior looks great overall, and the side of the 2019 Jaguar F-Pace comes with a pair of side gills that run over the front door. Agile stance is great thanks to a crease in the bodywork and generally, the side profile looks clean. At the rear, everything is the same as on the outgoing model. 2019 Jaguar F-Pace Interior, Cargo Space and Accents
The interior, just like the exterior, draws plenty of similar cues taken from sedan models. But don’t judge too quickly, the interior is luxurious. That luxury comes from the wide range of available trim options.
The customers can now opt for authentic metal materials like meshed aluminum. The instrument panel consists of two analog gauges and a central display. A new 12.3-inch virtual instrument cluster is also optional and it offers four different visual themes, clear HD picture, and full-screen navigation.
The buttons below that display are laid out nicely and the general design of center console looks zipped and easy to use. Space is another category where F-Pace should be proud of, as it can accommodate 23.3 cubic feet of cargo space. With folded rear seats flat, space is increased to a 61.4 cubic feet.

2019 Jaguar F-Pace Engine Variants and Outputs
The upcoming 2019 Jaguar F-Pace is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine. This engine is capable to make 247 horsepower at 5,500 rpm with the 269 lb-ft of torque. We must mention that this engine is also present in models Jaguar XE and XF. However, for the U.S. markets, a V6 engine is coming first while diesel option is coming later.
The next one is 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel inline-4. It delivers 180 horsepower at 4,000 rpm with 318 lb-ft of torque at 1,750-2,500 rpm. This one is available in trims Premium, Prestige and R-Sport. On the other hand, this SUV hits 0 to 60 mph in 9.0 seconds and the top speed is shy 129 mph.
The third one is the supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine that output 340 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 332 lb-ft of torque at 4,500 rpm.
2019 Jaguar F-Pace S model Engine Specs
The last one and the most powerful engine is in the 2019 Jaguar F-Pace S model. The word is of the mighty 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine. This one is capable to make 380 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 332 lb-ft of torque at 4,500 rpm.
However, all F-Pace’s engines are offering 8-speed ZF transmission. The engine is capable of sprints from 0 to 60 mph in 5.3 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 155 mph.
Towing Capacity and Fuel Economy
The new 2019 Jaguar F-Pace comes with a great tow capacity of 5,290-pounds. In the fuel economy section the turbocharged diesel engine is great and the best. This engine provides EPA city/highway fuel economy of 26/33 mpg, while the turbocharged inline-4 gives 22/27 mpg.
However, the supercharged V6 comes with fuel economy score of 18/23 mpg and the last one and most powerful engine used in S model gives a score of 18/23 mpg.
2019 Jaguar F-Pace Price, Release Date and Opponents
The 2019 Jaguar F-Pace will go on sale later this year and it will cost around $43,000. This price includes a destination charge of around $1000. The diesel model will hit the U.S. dealerships at the beginning of 2019. However, with the Premium trim the price will go up to $45,500.
The top-range F-Pace S models are starting at $59,800. Those numbers are putting newest Jaguar’s SUV in line with its competitors. As we already said at the beginning the models like Audi Q5, BMW X3 and Mercedes GLC are the main opponents of this SUV.
