The hatch design doesn’t look sloppy like on X4 or X6 models, end everything on this SUV is nice and subtle. We couldn’t find a single thing that makes us wonder how or why is this made. Up front, new X2 sports a more aggressive bumper with bigger air vents onto the sides. Everything on the exterior is bigger to be exact, so the front grille is also larger as a result, and will feature a BMW logo.
Interior is more Elegant with plenty of space
As we mentioned, the forthcoming 2019 BMW X2 share a lot with the X1 model, and the interior is a good proof for that. The dashboard, center console, and even the iDrive display are exactly the same. On the other hand, the room is a huge difference. The front seats are very comfortable, while the rear passengers will suffer thanks to decreased legroom and headroom. This is not so bad for BMW having in mind that the Mercedes GLA offers the same room.
Cargo area is decent, but under a floor panel, extra storage space can be found. With all been told, 2019 X2 is a comfortable model with very quiet cabin and the whole interior is luxurious. Rear visibility is not a thing BMW should brag about, so customers will have to use a full advantage of parking sensors and backup camera.
2019 BMW X2M model
After the recently revealed model 2019 BMW X2, the company decided to make the performance M model of this SUV. This model will be more sporty with great and advanced tech and safety.
However, the front faschia of this model is more aggressive than standard faschia in X2. The front of this SUV is also enhanced by the large air intakes, more sculpted bumper, LED lights, sports suspension, plus extensive off-road body cladding. As from the side of the SUV, one can easily spot the flared fenders that house a 17-inch alloys wheels. Furthermore, we will also see some carbon fiber use like in most of M performance cars.
The model X2M for the 2019 year will be offered with plenty of colors. Some of them are Mediterranean Blue Metallic, Black Sapphire Metallic, Mineral Grey Metallic, Sunset Orange Metallic, Galvanic Gold Metallic, Alpine White, Misano Blue and Dark Olive Metallic.
As for the interior of the new 2019 BMW X2M, it will get better sports seats and steering wheel with M logo on it. Also, we will see the three-zone climate control, automatic bootlid, and better and bigger 6.5-inch screen with satellite navigation. On the dashboard, we will also see the elephantine-patterned plastics and brightly colored stitching.

The company is not yet reviled what the new X2M will have under the hood. But from some rumors, the model will get a very powerful engine that will be able to deliver around 400 horsepower.

The only available engine in the approaching 2019 BMW X2 is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder drivetrain. It can burst 288 HP and 258 lb-ft of torque and BMW claims that this is a perfect match, whether you opt for front or all-wheel-drive setup.
The 2019 BMW X2 model can reach 0 to 60 mph in 6.2 seconds and it uses an 8-speed automatic transmission with manual shift control. A fuel economy is good, especially because BMW recommends premium fuel. X2 is rated at 31 mpg on the highway and 21 mpg in the city.

Base price for a 2019 BMW X2 is around $38,000. An all-wheel-drive will cost additional $2,000 and if you want M Sport X model, the price is $42,500. Fully loaded X2 can cost over $52,000.
Overall, 2019 BMW X2 is slightly more expensive than the Audi Q3. We recommend a mid-range trim that offers plenty of cool features for around $40,000. We can expect the 2019 X2 on the markets at the very beginning of 2019.
